This is an unique sandwich recipe made with a combination of homemade ripe and raw mango marmalade and roasted peanuts with a butter and cheesy flavor.Finely shredded cabbage and peanuts add a crunch with every bite. Serve these colourful sandwiches on your breakfast table along with French Fries and watch the sparkle in the eyes of your kids and others.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the edges of the breads and apply butter on both sides.Set aside.To make peanut butter masala,heat 1 tsp butter in a pan. Saute till golden brown and crunchy.Lightly sprinkle a pinch of salt and sugar and toss for a minute.Remove from heat and grind to a coarse mixture.
* Step 2
Spread the peanut butter masala on a slice of bread.Top with grated cheese and shredded cabbage. Cover it with another buttered slice.Smear ripe mango marmalade on one bread.Place the peanut sandwich over it.Apply raw mango marmalade on the last bread and press it over the peanut sandwich.
* Step 3
Cut the layered sandwich into 2 triangles and serve with shredded cabbage and French Fries in breakfast.
