Cabbage Lachha Pakoda or Crispy Cabbage Fritters

#cc2022 #week3 #snacks Lacchedar cabbage pakora are crispy fried fritters made with gramflour,rice flour,cornflour, shredded cabbage,onion and a combination of spices.The trick to get crisp and lacchedar texture to these pakoras are the combination of these 3 flours. Serve these crispy golden fried cabbage fritters as a teatime snack or appetizer with tomato ketchup, or coriander and mint chutney or a dip of choice.

Ingredient

20 minutes
1/2 tsp

garlic paste

1/2 cup

gramflour

2 tbsp

rice flour

2 tbsp

cornflour

To taste

salt

As needed

oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Assemble all chopped and shredded ingredients in a bowl.Add gramflour,rice flour and cornflour.Add salt to taste and baking powder.Also add hot oil and mix well. No need to add water.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and drop lightly spoonfuls of the cabbage mix in oil. Fry in medium flame till crispy and golden brown. Serve hot as an evening snack or appetizer with tomato ketchup or coriander mint chutney or a dip of choice alongwith tea or coffee.
