#week2of5 #post_3 #goldenapron3 #week19 #ingredient_curd_ghee Rezala is an authentic Mughlai cuisine normally cooked with mutton and chicken.This is an innovative way of cooking fish which is mildly flavoured and has a thick creamy gravy.Serve Fish Rezala with any type of rice preparation for a weekend special lunch or at parties.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and wash fish.Smear little turmeric and salt and marinate fish for 10 minutes.Meanwhile make a paste of boiled onions,ginger garlic paste.Then make a paste with curd,cashewnuts,melon seeds, raisins and green chillies.Heat oil and fry fish till light brown.Set aside.Sprinkle caraway seeds,half crushed whole garam masala and black peppercorns.When they splutter,add the ground masalas,bay leaf,salt and sugar to taste.Fry.

* Step 2

Fry till oil leaves sides.Add the fish and lightly toss.Add few chopped green chillies.Add a cup of water.Adjust gravy according to need.Sprinkle garam masala,black pepper powder and kewra essence.Add little ghee and toss.Garnish with cashewnuts and green and red chillies.Serve hot with pulao,jeera rice or plain rice.
