Orange Semolina Halwa

This is a delicious recipe of semolina/rava halwa where orange juice and dry fruits are added to get a sweet sour and tangy flavour of oranges.It takes very little time to make and requires very less ingredients and a sweet dessert is made within minutes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and lightly roast cashewnuts and raisins. Set aside. Make juice of 2 oranges discarding seeds. Add little water while blending in a blender. Strain it then add a pinch of orange food colour to the juice. Now roast the semolina/rava till light brown.
* Step 2
Add sugar and orange juice and toss. Make a thick paste of powder milk and add it to the rava. Add water and 2 crushed cardamoms. Toss and add 1 tsp ghee. Garnish with fried nuts and raisins and pieces of orange. Serve tangy sweet and sour orange halwa as a dessert after meals.
