Pineapple and mixed fruit raita

This is a delicious calcium rich healthy dessert and can be prepared within minutes.Serve this tangy sweet and sour raita chilled as a side dish to pulao,biryani or enjoyed as it is.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop pineapple and mango.Dice banana.Add fruits of your choice in a bowl.Sprinkle lemon juice. Add raisins and pomegranate.Beat the curd with a beater to make it smooth.Add powdered sugar if using sour curd.Add the chopped fruits and spices and toss all.Sprinkle chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.Garnish with raisins and pomegranate.Serve chilled.
