Coconut Ladoos

Ingredient

1 1/2 litre

milk

400 gm

sugar

1 cup

water

10-12 strands

Saffron

8-10 pcs

Almonds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take heavy bottom pan or else the coconut will stick to the base.

* Step 2

We pour the 1 1/2 litre milk. Boil milk until reduced to half

* Step 3

Milk is now reduced to half then add coconut powder.

* Step 4

Mix it well and switch off the flame

* Step 5

15-20 min we can remove the pan from the gas that coconut absorb the milk properly

* Step 6

Then in another pan we make 1 taar chasni add water and 400gm sugar in that we add some strands of saffrons

* Step 7

When sugar melt and boil in water then mix all the mixtures of coconut in it

* Step 8

Switch off the gas

* Step 9

When it get cool down slightly then we make a ladoos

* Step 10

Roll the ladoos gently in dried dessicated coconut decorate with almond

* Step 11

Serve it all in platter.
