Ingredient

oregano

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan put Butter,let it heat

* Step 2

Add Garlic,saute it,

* Step 3

Add onion,saute it.

* Step 4

Add all chopped veggies.

* Step 5

Add black pepper, chilli flakes,salt,mix it.

* Step 6

Add all things,mix it very well.

* Step 7

Slit the hot dog.

* Step 8

Spread some mayonnaise in both parts.The hot dogs will not be separated.

* Step 9

Put the mixture in it.

* Step 10

Spread some mayonnaise and cheese on the top.

* Step 11

Bake it in the preheated oven at 180 fdegree or 10 minutes.

* Step 12

Now it is ready to eat.

* Step 13

No sauces required.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash & gratedthe carrot.

In a Heat pan add butter,let it hot.add gratedcarrots.fry it 5 miniutes

After fring add milk.cook it 10 miniutes.reduce the milk.

Add sugar stir it.add khoya fry it.

Now sprinkle cardomam.

Add dry fruits.mix it.remove it from the flame.

Put it in serving bowl.garnish it with dryfruits & silver leaf.

In a heated pan add clarified butter.

* Step 2

Add beetroot,roast it 5 miniutes.

Add milk let it boil.

* Step 4

Reduce the milk.

* Step 5

Add milkmaid.stir it.

* Step 6

Fry it till little thick consistency.

* Step 7

Add cardamom,mix it.

* Step 8

Add 2 tsp malai & mix it.

* Step 9

Remove it from the flame

* Step 10

Serve it in small glasses.

Garnish it with cream.

Serve it hot or cold as you like.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a Heat pan add Butter,let it hot.

* Step 2

Add griended carrot.fry it 5 miniutes in the high flame.

* Step 3

Add milk,boil it till milk will be reduced.

* Step 4

Add sugar stir it continuesly.

* Step 5

Add cardamoms & dryfruits..

* Step 6

Roast it finally.

* Step 7

Remove it from the flame.add malai & mix it well.

* Step 8

Serve it in a serving plate.

* Step 9

Put moong dal halwa in the central.spread halwa around the sides.

* Step 10

Serve it hot or cool,as your choice.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a hot pan put ghee,add grated carrot.

* Step 2

Fry it 2 miniute in the high flame.

* Step 3

Add milk let it boil.add sugar,malai,cook it 2 miniute again.

* Step 4

This time it will be cook,& seems thicker.

* Step 5

Slow the flame add cardamoms.

* Step 6

Add dry fruits,mix it well.

* Step 7

Take it out from the flame. Let it be cool.

* Step 8

In other pan boil the milk,let it be thick.

* Step 9

Add sugar, cardamoms,mix it.

* Step 10

Add dry fruits poppy seeds,saunf, rose petals.mix it well.

* Step 11

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 12

Serve it in a bowl sprinkle some dry fruits in it.

* Step 13

Make 1 layir of halwa,1 layir of rabri.then garnish it with dry fruits.

* Step 14

A beautiful combination of rabri & halwa is ready to serve.
