Plum Muffins
#healthyjunior - Here are some yummy muffins made with plums. They are a perfect treat for the kids any time of the day and they are also a great lunch box meal too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the plums and blend them into a puree.
* Step 2
In a bowl mix together atta, maida, oats, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and custard powder.
* Step 3
Then add the egg, butter, plum puree and vanilla essence. Combine everything well.
* Step 4
Spoon them into the muffin liners.
* Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
* Step 6
Remove from the oven and cool them on the rack.
* Step 7
Enjoy them on its own as a snack or with a drizzle of some fresh cream / rabri.
