Eggless Whole Wheat (Atta) Biscuits
If you are looking for some easy to bake homemade biscuits, then this recipe is just for you. It is prepared with whole wheat flour (Atta) along with saffron and a hint of kewra flavour, besides other basic ingredients. For a more healthy version, you can try with brown sugar / jaggery and oil instead of butter. Perfect for an evening tea-time snack, they can also be devoured anytime you feel like munching into something sweet.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, pinch of salt, sugar, cardamom powder and saffron. Add the butter and mix everything well so that it resembles breadcrumbs.

Add the kewra water and required quantity of milk to knead it.

Roll out into a circle by dusting some flour. Cut with a cookie cutter

Set them aside to cool down before storing them in an air-tight container.
