Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slice.
* Step 2
Prepare the baking dish add the first layer of potatoes.
* Step 3
Add the truky slice then chees layer.
* Step 4
Next layer of potatoes add the truky and chees layer.
* Step 5
Add pastirma and parsley layer.
* Step 6
Add the last potatoes layer.
* Step 8
Add the cooking cream mixed with egg and black pepper.
* Step 9
Put in oven 175 degree for 40 minutes.
