Healthy oats soup
This is healthy, low calorie and tummy filling recipe. Has good taste and good during those cold rainy or snowy night. Bon apetite!!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind scallions, garlic onions with 1/4 cup water into a nice paste
* Step 2
In a medium pot, add all the ingrendients to a boil.
* Step 3
Simmer on low hea for 20-25 mins until they are cooked. Serve in a bowl, top with cilantro.
