Crockpot Chicken Rice Stew
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put some salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings on chicken and brown each side for about two minutes.
* Step 2
Place all ingredients except rice and Parmesan cheese in a greased slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours.
* Step 3
With 45 minutes left, pull out the chicken and pour the rice in and mix. Place chicken back on the rice.
* Step 4
With 10 minutes left, pour cheese over the chicken.
