Tim's Blue Cheese Salmon Patties

Was wanting salmon patties and decided to try something diffeent so i add blue cheese to it

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

20 mins
2 cans

pink salmon

1/2 cup

cornmeal

1/2 cup

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove bones and skin from salmon

* Step 2

Fine chop Red onion and green pepper

* Step 3

Add all ingredints except oil to a mixing bowl and mix well with hands.

* Step 4

Heat oil in large frying pan, when oil is heated take a quarter cup of mixture and from into patties.

* Step 5

I forgot oil as ingredient should use about 1/4 cup of your choice of oil.

* Step 6

Fry until golden brown on medeium heat about 5 munutes each side .

* Step 7

Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
