Best Macaroni Salad
My mother in law introduced me to this salad. The large amount of pickles and eggs is what makes this salad so good.
Be sure to make plenty of dressing. Error on the side of making this salad a bit too wet. As it sits, this salad will absorb a lot of the dressing, making it dry if you do not use enough.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Hard boil the eggs and peel. Place the yolks in a large bowl and reserve for dressing. Chop the egg whites to later mix into the salad.
* Step 2
Cook the Macaroni noodles until soft, but not too soft. Rinse and cool the noodles well.
* Step 3
Chop the pickles into 1/4 inch or smaller pieces.
* Step 4
Smash the egg yolks really well with a fork.
* Step 5
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, salt and pepper to the yolks and stir until all is well combined.
* Step 6
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
* Step 7
Refrigerate for several hours prior to serving.
