Crock Pot Beef Stroganov
This is a conglomeration of other recipes I have found on the internet and the addition of my 2 cents.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat pan with olive oil or peanut oil.
* Step 2
Chop onion and place in pan with garlic until tender. Add to crock pot.
* Step 3
Season cubed meat with seasoning to taste. Press seasoning into meat
* Step 4
Coat lightly with flour, then sear both sides in pan with olive oil or peanut oil. Place in crock pot
* Step 5
Add mushrooms, soup, Dale's, Worcestershire, and beef broth to crock pot and cook on low for approximately 4 hours.
* Step 6
Once meat is tender, turn crock pot to warm and stir in sour cream. Note: may need to add thickening agent as needed
* Step 7
Cook egg noodles using directions on package. Plate noodles and cover with stoganov mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
