Crockpot - Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook your rice per instructions. While your rice is cooking, brown up your ground turkey.
* Step 2
Pour a small amount of sauce (just enough to cover the bottom of the crockpot) into the crockpot & set the crockpot temp to HIGH. Place lid on & let the crockpot warm up.
* Step 3
Rinse off bell peppers, cut tops off & clean out the centers.
* Step 4
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, cooked turkey, mushrooms, minced garlic, your preferred amount of cheese & seasonings. Stuff each bell pepper until they are full. Set stuffed peppers into the crock & coat them with the remaining amount of sauce.
* Step 5
Cook on HIGH 3.5-4 hours. The last hour of cooking, add desired amount of cheese to the top. If you decide to cook on LOW, adjust your cook time to 5-6 hours.
* Step 6
Tastes well with a tortilla on the side. Enjoy!
