Spicy cod roe pasta in 15 mins - Japanese mentaiko pasta 明太子パスタ🍝
It’s one of the most popular Japanese fusion pasta which you can find in many restaurants and cafes too!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water in a big pot and add salt. Cook pasta according to the package instructions until pasta becomes al denté.
* Step 2
Squeeze out the roe from the sac/skin with hands or knife.
* Step 3
Put the cod roe in a bowl. Add butter, Mentsuyu and milk too. Mix well. It’s ok if the butter doesn’t melt in this step as it’ll be melted when you add hot cooked pasta in the next step.
* Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked, bring the cooked pasta directly to the bowl with cod roe sauce. Mix well with chopsticks.
* Step 5
Cut Shiso leaves in stripes and decorate on the top of pasta. Enjoy!
