Vegetable Detox Soup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut all the ingredients in small pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pot, stir fry onion and carrot. Add tomato, Shimeji mushrooms, celery and cabbage. Pour some water until it covers all the ingredients.

* Step 3

Add some macaroni. This time I used Disney Frozen macaroni which I bought in Japan.

* Step 4

Add 1 chicken stock cube and adjust taste with salt and pepper.
