Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Beat eggs, cut crab sticks in small pieces, chop chicken in one bite and tear lettuce leaves into small size.
* Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan and fry chicken. Once the chicken turns to brown, ad d beaten egg and make scrambled eggs.
* Step 3
Add white rice and fold it with a spatula. Add crab sticks, chicken stock powder and mayonnaise. Stir fry under medium heat.
* Step 4
Add 2 tea spoons of soy sauce. Add lettuce and corn before you turn off the heat.
* Step 5
Use a small rice bowl to make a shape. Decorate edamame beans, leaks or any other green color vegetable on top of the rice. Enjoy!
