Japanese Detox Vegetable Soup
#goldenapron2020 When you want to eat healthy, when you are tired or when you don't have time to cook many dishes, this is what I love to eat! When I'm too tired, I just have much of this soup and white rice. It's called "Detox Soup" in Japan.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, cut and prepare all the ingredients.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a saucepan, stir fry chopped bacon and grated ginger until they become flagrant. Add carrot, onion and celery(stem part). Once the onion becomes transparent, add mushrooms.
* Step 3
Add 800cc of water and add cabbage. Once cabbage leaves sink in the soup, add diced tomatoes and celery leaves.
* Step 4
Add one cube of chicken soup stock and finish!! You can make bigger portion and keep it in a freezer too!
