Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Lettuce and Bacon (Non-Halal)

Easy 20 minutes preparation meal for your busy day! Aglio Olio is one of the simplest pasta sauce made from garlic and olive oil. I added lettuce and bacon this time but you can change them to any other kinds of meat or vegetables as you like!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large pot, bring salted water to boil. Once it boils, add the pasta and cook it for 5 minutes(or according to your pasta package instruction).

* Step 2

While you cook the pasta, start heating the pan. Add olive oil, minced garlic and minced chilli until they smell nice. Add chopped bacon after that.

* Step 3

Once the pasta is cooked, add it in your pan. Add 1 table spoon of pasta water too.

* Step 4

Add the chopped lettuce and mix well until the lettuce gets soften. Check seasoning and finish!
