cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

cut out the cores of the apples

* Step 2

(optional) peel the apples

* Step 3

cut the apples to thin slices by a regular knife or a mandolin slicer

* Step 4

put a baking paper on the pan and place the apple slices. 4 medium apples take 2 pans

* Step 5

preheat oven at 110° C

* Step 6

pour the cinnamon mixture on the apple slices

* Step 7

put the pans into oven for 1 hour

* Step 8

after 1 hour in the oven, turn the slices upside down and leave for another hour

* Step 9

turn off the oven and let the apples stay there overnight. that's when they become dry and crisp

* Step 10
