Peanut butter bites

Homemade Peanut butter balls covered with chocolate and coconut is all you need for a simple home dessert (keto friendly)

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 tsp

cinnamon

1/2 cup

cocoa powder

1 tbsp

coffee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind the peanuts with sugar and cinnamon (if using honey add after grinding)

* Step 2

Add 1 tsp of melted butter and mix thoroughly till homogenous (we need a hard doughy consistency)

* Step 3

Roll into small balls and freeze

* Step 4

Prepare the chocolate sauce by adding the ingredients in a bowl and mixing

* Step 5

After the balls feezed dip in sauce or in coconut flakes

Freeze the balls again and voila!
