butter
2 tbsp
minced garlic
1 tbsp
Italian seasoning
1/2 pound
ground sausage
1/2 pound
ground hamburger
16 oz
pizza sauce
8 oz
pizza sauce (more)
2 cups
beef broth
20 slices
pepperoni
20 slices
Canadian bacon
16 oz
rotelle pasta
1/2 tsp
kosher salt
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Turn on instant pot saute high. Once pot says hot add in butter. Once butter is melted add in onions, garlic, and Italian seasoning and cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add in ground pork and hamburger stirring and breaking up into smaller pieces till browned.
* Step 3
Add in both pizza sauces and beef broth and stir to combine. Add in pepperoni and Canadian bacon. Then add in Rotelle and stir too make sure Rotelle is mostly to all submerged.
* Step 4
Seal instant pot and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. When done do a quick release. When pressure has been released remove lid.
* Step 5
Stir in mozzarella cheese in batches till melted.
* Step 6
Plate and top with parsley, crushed red pepper, and parmesan cheese.
* Step 7
Enjoy.
