Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean the pan with cloth and put oil in it heat it on low flame.
* Step 2
Put mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
* Step 3
Now add sugar then slit chilli and chopped onion fry.
* Step 4
Now add peanuts,add turmeric powder mix it and put poha and fry it now cover it with lid for one minute.
* Step 5
Add lemon juice mix it and cover it with lid for one minute.
* Step 6
Now add coriander leaves mix and cover with lid for few seconds.
* Step 7
Now put into a plate,get slit chilli on the top for garnishing and serve.
