Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix until well blended and there are no big clumps.
* Step 2
Transfer to airtight container.
* Step 3
To bake chicken: Preheat oven to 425°F.
* Step 4
Pour some mixture into a large zippered bag.
* Step 5
Wet each piece of meat and shake off excess water.
* Step 6
Place meat in bag and shake to coat. Shake off excess breading and place on baking sheet.
* Step 7
Bake drumsticks for 40-45 minutes.
* Step 8
Add about 15 minutes of baking time if baking legs with thighs.
* Step 9
To bake boneless chicken: bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes.
* Step 10
To bake pork chops: bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
* Step 11
Tips: I made bread crumbs out of crushed croutons and crackers because that's what I had available. My family loved it! Also, my chicken wasn't completely done after 45 minutes, so I put it in the broiler for 10 additional minutes, and it came out perfectly. 😋
