Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make the sauces and relish by blending ingredients in the food processor. You can make ahead and store in jars in the fridge
* Step 3
Chop sweet potatoes and tofu
* Step 4
Cook sweet potatoes, tofu, and mushrooms for 15 mins. Flip. Cook for another 15 mins. Check to see if tofu is crispy and sweet potatoes are fork tender
* Step 5
Mix arugula with sprouts, vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper
* Step 6
Make bowl by adding grains to base and topping with all ingredients including sauces and avocado and hemp hearts
