Butter lettuce salad

Ingredient

1/4 cup

breadcrumbs

1 tbsp

butter

1 clove

garlic

1 tbsp

honey

1 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add panko. Sauté with minced garlic until panko is golden brown in color.

* Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for the dressing. Toss with butter lettuce.

* Step 3

Serve and shave cheese on top. Add bread crumbs last so they don’t get soggy.
