Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly properly washed the kale and spinach leaves in water. Than blanch the kale and Spinach leaves and green chillies. Grind into a fine paste.
* Step 2
Heat oil / ghee in the pan Add bay leaf and cumin seeds, cinnamon stick,clove,green cardamom & saute.
* Step 3
Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Saute on low flame.
* Step 4
Add green peas. Cook then add kale spinach paste and salt. Stir cook for 3 to 5 minutes till oil separates.
* Step 5
Now add cooked rice and sauté it add lemon juice mix properly then Cover and cook for 2 minutes on lowest flame. Green spinach peas Pulav is ready.garnish with coriander leaves and cherry tomatoes optional.
