Peanut Sandwich

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take ¼ cup of chopped Onions and ¼ cup of chopped Tomatoes.
* Step 2
Then add ¼ cup of grated Carrots and ¼ cup of roughly chopped Lettuce
* Step 3
Furthermore, add 1 cup of eggless Mayonnaise followed by ½ cup of Peanut (Mungfali) Powder.
* Step 4
Now add ½ tsp of Salt, ¼ tsp of Black Pepper Powder, mix well and stuffing is ready
* Step 5
Take the nonstick tawa and allow it to heat well.
* Step 6
Now on preheated tawa, add 1 tsp of Butter and keep the single slice of Bread over the tawa.
* Step 7
Add the sandwich stuffing over the Bread slice and put the other Bread slice over it.
* Step 8
Apply the Butter over the other side of Bread slice and roast on medium flame for 2 Min.
* Step 9
Then flip over the sandwich and roast from other side for another 2 Min.
* Step 10
Check if sandwich is roasted well from both the sides.
* Step 11
Cut the Peanut sandwich diagonally and serve hot.
