Bread Chaat
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, in a bowl take potatoes add grated carrots and mash them properly Add salt in it
* Step 2
Add red chilli powder, chaat masala and amchoor accd to taste mix it properly and make a dough
* Step 3
Now take bread slices as some Coriander leaves apply all mixture on bread
* Step 4
Now take a pan grease the pan work oil now place bread where the mixture is roast it till it crisps from both sides
* Step 5
For filling in a bowl add chopped cucumber and tomato add some Chaat masala accd to taste and lemon juice also Now cut bread in to small pieces.
* Step 6
Now spread cucumber mixture on it add some Coriander chutney,imli chutney and bhujia.
* Step 7
In the end add Coriander leaves for garnishing u can add some pomegranate seeds also and serve it till it's soggy.
