Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take a bowl add suji and curd mix the properly and rest it for 15 mins In meanwhile take a pan add oil,rai,curry patta when it spultter add finely chopped veggies in it and saute it for few mins than add these vegetable mixture in suji material mix it properly add the seasoning also add eno in it and grease the idli mould add 1 full spoon of idli mixture and steam it for 10 mins or till it's done take out from mould

* Step 2

Take a pan add oil in it add all idlis till it's golden colour and decorate it with beetroot chutney,white chanaand groundnut with leaves and serve it
