Toast Cheesy Dhokla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take a bowl add curd and besan mix it well there must be no lumps add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,sugar baking soda mix it well and keep aside for 20 mins

* Step 2

Now for Sauce take a pan add oil saute some onions,tomatoes add processed Cheese when it melts add some milk and mayonnaise and ketchup in it add corns also.

* Step 3

For dhokla now take a greased pan add the dhokla mixture in to it while pouring the mixture add eno also and bake in micro for 5 mins when it is done cool down the dhokla cut in to pieces

* Step 4

Now take a non stick pan drizzle some oil in it add dhokla pieces and roast on both sides till it is golden add the sauce in it garnish with Coriander leaves and serve it
