Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take a pan add oil add some salt,black pepper and chaat masala mix thoroughly add baby potatoes mix it well

Cover the lid for 15 mins for soft the potatoes afterwords take out in a plate cool it than press the potatoes with the help of palm to make a flat potato

* Step 3

Fry the potatoes till it's golden colour when it is done take out in a absorbent paper

* Step 4

Now take a dish place the potatoes in it add curd mixture than onion,tomatoes drizzle the imli chutney and pudiana chutney add some pomegranate seeds again add some curd sprinkle chaat masala in it add nylon sev and some Coriander leaves for garnishing
