Ingredient

1 cup

rice

1/2 cup

boiled rajma

1/2 cup

peas

1/2 tsp

kaju

to taste

Salt accd

2 cups

water

1 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First soak rice for 15 mins

* Step 2

In a kadahi add ghee, jeera,Elaichi,laung,kaju saute it till it changes the colour add onions,garlic saute it than add rice in it stirr it well for 5 mins add rajma,chickpeas saute it well than in the end add green peas

* Step 3

Saute all ingredients together add water till it soaks the rice serve it with coriander leaves and grated paneer for garnishing

* Step 4

Serve it with curd...
