Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee, add semolina & fry it on a slow flame for 5 minutes.
Gradually add milk & mix.
Switch off the flame, keep it aside & let it set till it reaches dough consistency.
* Step 2
In a pot add sugar & water.
Add cardamom & cook till the sugar dissolves. Let the syrup cool.
Add milk powder to the semolina & cardamom powder.
* Step 3
Knead for 5-6 minutes & add 2 tbsp milk.
Create flat round balls around 1/2 inch thick.
Deep fry the balls & transfer to warm syrup. It's Ready to Enjoy.
