Chicken & Potatoes Stick
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut pieces of boneless chicken & potatoes.
Boil them till they are cooked & should be firm.
* Step 2
In a bowl add Schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, red chilli powder.
Mix all well. Add chicken & potatoes.
* Step 3
Mix well till they are coated & marinate for 2 hours.
In a skewer add marinated pieces.
Beat eggs, dip the sticks in egg & fry
