1/4 kg

rajma

2 tbsp

ghee

1/2 tsp

jeera powder

1/4 tsp

hing

1 tbsp

butter

To taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whenever I make any pulses or dal these 3 things are mandatory for me 1. I don't boil the pulses then add to the tadaka. I 1st prepare the tadka & add the soaked dal & then pressure cook it. 2. Always use ghee fr tadka 3. After pressure cooking let it cook on a slow flame fr 10 min.

* Step 2

Soak rajma overnite.

* Step 3

In a pan heat ghee add hing & jeera. Add grinded onions cook till they are light brown.

* Step 4

Add ginger & garlic paste. Add tomatoes(grind) red chilli powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder, salt & cook till it's all dry.

* Step 5

To this mixture add soaked (overnight) rajma. Add water & pressure cook.

* Step 6

Remove the lid. Check the seasoning, add coriander leaves & 1 tbsp butter & let it cook on slow fr 10- 15 minutes
