Ingredient

100 gms

garlic

50 gms

ginger

3/4 cup

Oil

1 tbsp

sugar

to taste

Salt,

1 tsp

vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the seeds from chillies & boil them & make a paste. Keep it aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic & saute till it becomes soft. It shouldn't get brown

* Step 3

Now add finely chopped ginger & cook both for 3-4 minutes

* Step 4

Add the chilli paste, salt, vinegar & sugar. Mix all

* Step 5

On low flame cover & cook for 15 minutes. In between keep stirring.

Let it cool store in a jar.
