minced pork
7 cups
water
1.5 Tablespoon
light soy sauce
1 Tablespoon
fish sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon
salt
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepsryall your ingredients and wash the seaweed
* Step 2
Squeeze and drain seaweed, discard the water
* Step 3
Place minced meat and 2 cups in a pot
* Step 4
Mix well to break the minced meat evenly in the water and then add another 5 cups of water
* Step 5
Bring to boil and remove the scums
* Step 6
Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes
* Step 7
And it's ready 😁
