3 stalk

Scallions

2 teaspoons

light soy sauce

1 teaspoon

Oyster Sauce

1 Tablespoon

Sweet Dark Soy Sauce

1/8 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Deep fried the chopped scallion until wilted and set aside

* Step 2

Stir fry garlic until brown

* Step 3

Add chilli and fry a while

* Step 4

Add the fried Scallion and seasonings

* Step 5

Mix well and it's ready to be served
