Pecan, Walnut, & Raisin Cinnamon rolls
Recipe by In a Garten from Food Networks Barefoot Contessa.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Unfold puff pastry and brush melted butter over the entire pastry square including each corners.
* Step 2
Mix sugars and cinnamon with a pinch of salt together and sprinkle heavily over melted butter.
* Step 3
Next sprinkle chopped nuts and raisins over entire pastry
* Step 4
Start at the bottom and roll pastry a little firm but not too firm, like rolling up a cigar..hehe...infuse the typewriter method of rolling. Divide into six rolls.
* Step 5
Place 1/4 teaspoon of butter and tsp of nuts in a muffin tin, place sliced rolling muffin tin. Bake at 350° for about 15 mins or until brown and bubbling....DO NOT OVER BAKE...
