Besan Laadu

#flour This is a combination of ghee, gram flour and sugar which tastes extremely delicious! An amazing treat which can be made on any special occasion. This is India’s favourite sweet dish during the festival season. It looks so good that this laadu is irresistible. This laadu has a smooth texture and melts in the mouth making it more amazing to eat.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 to 6 servings

Cooking time :

40 mins
2 cups

gram flour

1 3/4 cups

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a deep pan and put the ghee in it.

* Step 2

When the ghee melts, add gram flour and roast on a medium flame till golden-brown in colour.

* Step 3

Keep aside and let it cool and add powdered sugar. Mix well.

* Step 4

Then, make laadus (round balls). Serve or store in an air tight container.
