Cinnamon Banana Almond Raisin Cake

Well ive tasted Banana breads and cakes before so I wanted to try and bake my own. I put Cinnamon I Love Cinnamon and added Raisins and Hershey Chocolate which makes more than a tasty snack but a healthy one.

Ingredient

1 1/2 C.

Flour

1/2 tsp.

Baking soda

1/2 tsp.

Salt

1 cup

sugar

Dash

Cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and crushed bananas. Combine well.

* Step 2

Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Add Raisins,nuts or Chocolate.

* Step 3

Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar Keeps well, refrigerated.
