Fried Egg Roll Wraps with Syrup
Remember the syrup for Goguma Maht Taang? I am going to use it up today.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut egg roll wrap into 8. Peel apart. Don’t have to be sheet by sheet. If 2 or 3 stick together is fine too.
* Step 2
Fry until light golden color. Remove to paper towel.
* Step 3
Arrange on plate. Drizzle syrup on top. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds. 😋
* Step 4
We used to serve the fried egg roll wraps with the egg roll dipping sauce as appetizer to our customers. They loved it!
