Roasted Chicken with Vegetables
I love roasted vegetables and meats.
My husband stand bought me a large family pack of Split Chicken breast. They are quite large.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook for one hour or until chicken is done and veggies are tender
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
* Step 3
Place chicken in pan and cover with Vegetables
* Step 4
Drizzle olive oil over veggies and chicken place lid or foil on chicken and veggies
* Step 5
Cook for 40 minutes uncover spoon juices over veggies and chicken.
* Step 6
Add green onions & Cook for another 20 - 30 minutes or until juices are running clear, and chicken and veggies are done
* Step 7
I cut my large chicken the veggies and chicken were tender, the chicken breast remained juicy and tender.
