Marmite Pork (air-fried)

Marmite Pork (air-fried)

Not everyone loves marmite but when you turn it into a dish, everyone loves it. It's sweet and savory

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings

Cooking time :

40 mins
1 tsp

Marmite

2 tsp

soy sauce

1 tbsp

sweet sauce

1.5 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

fish sauce

2 tbsp

sugar

1 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinade pork for 20 to 30 mins

* Step 2

Add egg white and frying flour and coat well

* Step 3

Deep or air fry pork cutlets until crispy, approx 30 mins @ 150 degrees. Deep frying is faster, approx 15 mins

* Step 4

Drain pork and set aside

* Step 5

Combine sauces and water in bowl (without corn starch mixture) and mix well until Marmite is dissolved. Bring to boil in wok or pan

* Step 6

Add pork into the sauce and pour corn starch mixture until thicken. Coat evenly

* Step 7

Serve!
