Bulgogi Sauce Beef Stew

It is something I put into the slow cooker at the very last minute. It is a one-pot-solution that can be served with rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Saute onion and garlic over the stove (or you can place them at the bottom of the crockpot) and place it into the crockpot

* Step 2

Mix together soya sauce, oyster sauce, dark soya sauce and bulgogi sauce in a bowl. Taste it and adjust according to taste. You can get this bulgogi sauce in a Korean market - I love it cos it is sweet and garlicky)

* Step 3

Place beef into crockpot, add mixture from the bowl on top of beef together with a cup of water and slow cook for about 4 hours on medium.

* Step 4

Add carrots, potatoes and cabbage and cook for another hour; or a few more minutes on high

* Step 5

Season with salt, pepper, sugar, garlic salt, and steak powder (optional) and serve
