put 6 cups water and rice in a pot. make sure to cook it in low heat for 13-15 min. (serving suggestion: 7 )

* Step 2

can open your black beans, drain the water.

* Step 3

add the black beans in the pot of boiling rice

* Step 4

add your seasonings *salt, pepper and garlic powder*

* Step 5

just wait

* Step 6

viola! it's ready! get a paper plate so u can just throw em' in the can when youre done.. it's your lazy day.. heck no to dishwashing today.it's good w/ fried chicken, andouille sausage or pan smeared stake
