An easy, delicious dressing to serve with romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, crumbled bacon, and freshly grated parmesan cheese. The bleu cheese makes it special.

olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 cup
dairy sour cream
2 tbsp
crumbled bleu cheese
1 tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp
anchovy paste
1 tbsp
minced garlic
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl, beat egg slightly with an electric mixer.
* Step 2
Gradually add the oil, beating at medium speed
* Step 3
Continue beating while adding the rest of the ingredients. Blend thoroughly, cover and chill. Delicious!
